Model Management with Peggi Lepage
Models aren’t just beautiful faces – they’re musicians, athletes, artists, academics, sons and daughters. Unlike the photos portrayed in magazines, we know that a young talent is never two-dimensional – models are extraordinary people!
Peggi’s philosophy is that young models need to trust themselves and respect their individuality. Every model is an individual – it is his or her personality that makes them photogenic – and we take character into consideration when matching a new talent with an agency in Toronto and abroad.
When working with a model Peggi doesn’t just scout and place them, she takes time to develop and manage their career. There is always time for questions, moments of shyness, encouragement, and celebration. “I feel privileged that so many people send me emails asking if I think their daughters can model – I’m honored by their trust”.
Peggi’s ideas of beauty are quite diverse, and she is willing to take risks (as she believes beauty is everywhere), unfortunately, the industry has strict standards, so when a potential submits pictures, it is important that females be taller than 5’7″ and a size 6 or smaller and males be 6’0″ or taller.
